Easy Landscape Management is an operational work-order, fleet, billing, and field reporting application used by authorized company personnel.
Information We Collect
The app may collect account details, employee profile information, work orders, job details, billing records, fleet and equipment records, photos, file attachments, notes, timestamps, and location information entered or captured while using the app.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate the company workflow, assign and complete work, support field navigation, manage equipment and fleet records, prepare billing, maintain audit history, and troubleshoot app issues.
Device Permissions
The app may request camera access for photos, QR/barcode scanning, and attachments. It may request location access for map, routing, and work-order location features. Permission use is limited to the operational features selected by the user.
Sharing
Information is shared only with authorized users and service providers needed to operate the app, host the system, send notifications, store files, or support company business processes. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and Deletion
Operational records may be retained as needed for business, payroll, billing, safety, legal, and audit requirements. Users can request account or data deletion through the account deletion page.
